| Rick Bell, president of Landmark Custom Homes has spent over 20 years perfecting the craft of custom home building. Rick is a graduate of the School of Building Construction at the University of Florida and is a Florida Certified Building Contractor. As a second-generation homebuilder, Rick has grown up with a firm grasp of the custom homebuilding business and spent many years working along side his father, Gerald Bell, a well respected and very successful South Florida homebuilder.
Rick brings to Landmark a highly skilled management team that understands the art of custom homebuilding. "We allow our customers the flexibility to tailor our homes to their individual needs," says Rick.
Mr. Bell has learned to always take the time to listen and understand the needs of his customers, from the first meeting, until long after the home is complete. "Building custom homes is both an art and a science," says Rick, "You must understand your customers needs and desires and then it must be refined to meet those expectations. This is not always an easy task, but well worth the effort when our clients dream becomes a reality."
Rick and his associates at Landmark have built in many of South Florida’s finest communities including Equus, Windmill Ranch Estates, Weston Hills Country Club in Weston, Florida, Long Cove and The Falls at Heron Bay Country Club in Parkland, Florida, just to name a few. Rick’s most recent projects include multi-million dollar ranch estates in Sunshine Ranches and Landmark Ranch Estates in the town of Southwest Ranches, Florida, located due south of the city of Weston.
